Who is responsible
The data controller for dealanddice.com is SuperFronix Laboratories Kft.. Contact: hello@dealanddice.com. Full details are in the legal notice. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to.
What stays on your device
Deal & Dice has no accounts. When you use a tool, your settings and progress (for example game scores and win counts, puzzle options, calculator inputs, counters and saved patterns) are saved in your own browser's local storage so they are still there next time. This information never leaves your device and is not sent to us. Storing it is strictly necessary to provide the feature you are using, so no consent is needed for it. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Hosting, security and delivery
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our data processor. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, it processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a working, secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). These logs are kept by the provider for a short period for security purposes and are not used to identify or profile you. The provider may process data outside the EU; such transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Advertising
The site is funded by ads served by Google Ireland Limited (Google). Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads, limit how often you see them, measure their performance and prevent fraud, and, with your permission, to show ads based on your interests. For this processing Google acts as an independent controller; see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, you are asked for your choice in a consent message before any advertising cookies are used. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Declining does not stop you from using the site. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the Privacy and cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also opt out of personalized ads in Google's My Ad Center.
Emails you send us
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Incoming mail is forwarded to our mailbox by our email routing provider (Cloudflare, Inc.). We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed, at the latest after two years.
What we don't do
We don't sell personal information, don't run accounts, newsletters or comment sections, and don't make automated decisions about you. Browser "Do Not Track" signals are not treated differently, because we don't track you across sites ourselves; use the consent settings above to control advertising cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@dealanddice.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Hungary this is the Nemzeti Adatv茅delmi 茅s Inform谩ci贸szabads谩g Hat贸s谩g (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11, naih.hu; you can also contact the authority in the country where you live.
Children
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
